AREA STATION MANAGER

LONDON ST PANCRAS

East Midlands Trains have a very exciting opportunity at London St Pancras for an Area Station Manager to join the team.

Do you have the enthusiasm and vision to establish world class customer service for an ever more demanding customer?

Are you a people focussed, influential leader who is quick to build trust and rapport?

Can you lead a variety of retail and customer service tasks across a range of stations?

A pro-active and forward thinking mindset is invaluable with experience of delivering a high level of customer service against specific KPIs.

TRAVEL ADVISOR PART TIME

LINCOLN
East Midlands Trains have a very exciting opportunity at Lincoln Station for a Part Time Travel Advisor to join the team.

A part-time opportunity has now arisen for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the Retail Team based at Lincoln Station.

The post will be required to work 12 hours per week on Sundays.

This challenging, varied and sometimes demanding role ensures that customers receive accurate and impartial information and that they purchase the most appropriate ticket for their journey, leaving the Station feeling content with their purchase.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are key qualities for a Travel Advisor and the successful applicant should also have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

A working knowledge of a retail environment, ticket types and products would be an advantage however a positive attitude is essential.
